Amy became a USAT Level I Certified Coach in the fall of 2008 and became a USA Cycling Coach in February of 2009. She had been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer for 20 years.

Amy also has her B.S. in Human Physiology from Boston University (1990), her Masters in Physical Therapy (1998), and MBA (2018).

She has completed over 30 marathons, 17 Ironmans, and numerous 1/2 marathons and 1/2 Ironman races. Her PRs are all follows: marathon 2:53, 1/2 marathon 1:20, 10K 36:45, 5K 17:39, Ironman 10:07, and 1/2 Ironman 4:38.

Andy is a USAT Level I Certified Coach. Since 2000, he has volunteered as a coach/mentor with Team iN Training", Challenged Athlete's Foundation, and Semper Fi Wounded Warriors.

He retired in 2015 from Boeing where he was a Research And Development engineer for 30 years.  His degrees are from the University of Maine, Marymount University, and the University of West Florida were in engineering and related fields.

Since 1990, he completed 45 triathlons ranging from Sprint to Ironman distances. He has competed as both a clydesdale and age grouper. And has placed in the top three in many races. Additionally, he has participated in numerous running, and swimming, and bicycling races.
