Meet once weekly for hourly workout of your choice.  Examples include but not limited to swimming, biking, jogging, or strengthening exercises.

Unlimited contact via phone, text, and e-mail. Will respond within 24 hours

Feedback on exercise and progress given as often as needed.

Ongoing review of goals.

The above plan is $300/month with $100 start up fee and 4 month minimum contract.
